1. What PowerBI licensing do I need?
   Because the Risk Register App is a PowerBI App, you will need a PowerBI Pro License. Note that PowerBI pro is included in E5 licensing. 2. Do I need PowerBI Desktop?
   Because the PowerBI App is deployed directly into the PowerBI Service, you will not need to configure and publish the report or data model using PowerBI Desktop. This also means you do not need a Windows device!
3. How is the data imported to PowerBI?
   The license comes with an Excel risk register. This file is your source-of-truth collaborative document. The app pulls the risk register data from the Excel sheet hosted in either Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, or SharePoint.
4. Do I need to know how to use PowerBI?
   No, very little PowerBI knowledge is required. The app will one-click install into your PowerBI Service and automatically pull in your data and populate the charts. You can access the underlying data model to create custom reports for those with PowerBI experience.
5. How does the 7-day free trial work?
   All license purchases come with a free 7-day trial. You can cancel your subscription before the free trial end date. Once the trial ends you will be billed based on your selected license subscription.
6. What happens when I cancel my license?
   When you cancel your license, it will remain active throughout your current billing period. You will not be charged for your next billing period. Your PowerBI app will retain your existing data, however it will fail to refresh with updated data from your risk register.
